FedEx provides several shipping choices, including FedEx Express (overnight and two-day delivery), FedEx Ground (standard shipping), and FedEx Freight (for large packages). For international shipments, they offer FedEx International Priority and FedEx International Economy.
FedEx offers delivery options with or without a signature. If you want a signature at delivery, choose "Signature Required" when creating your shipment. Otherwise, FedEx may leave the package at the designated address.
FedEx provides standard liability coverage of up to $100 for domestic shipments. If you're shipping valuable items, you can purchase additional insurance or declare the value of your cargo for increased coverage.
If your package is damaged during transit, you can file a claim directly with FedEx, or we can assist you with the process. You'll need to provide proof of the damage, such as photos and any relevant paperwork.
If FedEx delivers your shipment to the incorrect address, please call our customer service immediately to register a claim. They will investigate the problem and try to retrieve or redirect the package.
