Once your booking is complete, you'll receive a tracking number. You can use it to check your package's status on our website or the shipping provider's platform.
Delays can happen for several reasons, such as weather conditions, high shipping volumes, customs processing (for international shipments), or issues with the carrier. We suggest checking the tracking updates or contacting customer service for more details.
If you miss your delivery, you'll find a door tag with a number matching your package’s tracking number. It provides instructions on how to trace your shipment:
• Enter the door tag number in our online tracker.
• Text "follow" with your number to 48773.
• Scan the barcode using the FedEx® Mobile app.
You can also use your tracking number for picture verification of the delivery attempt.
If we can’t leave a package at your address (due to a signature requirement or lack of secure drop-off), we'll deliver it to a nearby FedEx store for pickup. It will be available the day after the missed attempt, and you'll have 7 days to pick it up before it's returned.
If you don’t want to wait for another delivery attempt, use FedEx Delivery Manager® to reroute your package to a local FedEx or retail location, like Walgreens or Dollar General. You'll need your tracking or door tag number, and as a FedEx Delivery Manager member, you'll receive picture confirmation of delivery attempts.
To avoid missing a future delivery, use FedEx Delivery Manager to request a delivery hold or change the delivery date.

Estimated delivery times are provided during the booking process and can also be found in your tracking details. Delivery times depend on the service selected and the destination.
